The Portland Rose Festival headquarters is located in Tom McCall Waterfront Park, next to the Salmon Springs Fountain. We recommend utilizing street parking when visiting our office.
The Portland Rose Festival has inspired the public to gather and celebrate against a backdrop of historic external forces for 116 years, demonstrating how our community can carry on traditions, honor diversity and celebrate unity. In 2023, we are grateful to absolutely everyone who came out to FOCUS ON FUN! Everyone’s participation in the Rose Festival's big events like the Grand Floral Parade, Starlight Parade, Junior Parade, Queen’s Coronation, CityFair and Fleet Week, was astounding. Now and always, we welcome Portlanders and visitors alike to celebrate our floral heritage and community spirit.
